We are a mobile & in-home personal training service located in Endeavour hills.
Whilst we specialise in weight loss & body toning
we can assist with a wide range of other fitness goals - virtually anything from exercise for older adults right through to body building and competitive sport training.

We DO NOT offer gimmicks, fads or unrealistic expectations.
If you are looking for something that will tell you -
You can loose 20kg in a week with only working out for 5 minutes a day, this is not it.
At Inner Fire Fitness we don't make promises we can't keep - we want you to stay committed to your goals and not get discouraged by empty promises.
You will never see us using "circus training" it is unnecessary and dangerous.
Our programs, every single one of them are written from scratch and tailored for you and your goals specifically.
We never have and we never will use pre-formatted programs. It is dishonest, lazy and counter productive.
Your time is used efficiently - Your session will be delivered in productive and high energy fashion.
There are times when you may need a break, these times are factored in. But you will not spend time standing around idly while the minutes you have paid for tick by.
We will not deliver your sessions in a way that promotes "trainer dependence" or "delayed success"

Circus training |
Circus training is overly complicated and dangerous exercise prescription. Often trainers will feel the need to deliver hugely complex exercises using an excess of gym equipment & movements.
These are not only very risky they are not even needed. Exercise does not need to be hugely complicated to be effective.
Too many times have I seen trainers in gyms having your everyday gym goer doing these "circus training" routines.
Standing on a fitball and balancing a dumbell on your nose is only effective if you are a seal in a circus! |

Trainer dependence |
|
Whilst not overly prevalent it still exists - Trainer dependence is when the personal trainer fails to inform & educate the participant on what they are actually doing & why. This leaves exercise and its use in a realm of shadows and often if for whatever reason the person is unable to continue using their personal trainer they will do away with exercise all together because they still do no understand "how" and "what" to do. At Inner Fire Fitness, our aim is to educate and inform you on exercise, correct technique & effective application. |

Delayed success |
|
Delayed success is as the name implies where your results are delayed or hampered by in-effective workouts. This can be bought about either intentionally by the trainer in an attempt to keep you booking sessions or by sheer inability. Your trainer needs to be well informed about exercise, the human body & you. If your trainer has trouble remembering the amount of weight you have lifted, the routines you have performed, or your name... Fire them on the spot! |
